Our Step By Step Process

1. Set Monthly Rent

We'll assess the property and provide you with the monthly rental amount, allowing you to choose the rental duration (from 12 to 60 months).

2. Sign Agreement

We’ll finalise the rental term and monthly amount, sign the agreement, and you'll secure your income immediately. This process can be completed in as little as 24 hours from the property viewing to receiving your rent

3. Furnish

We'll decorate and/or furnish the property ready for our clients making it a home-from-home experience for them. And we will set up the payment to ensure you get paid every month.

4. Fully Managed

We handle the entire process from start to finish, allowing you to enjoy a hassle-free agreement and focus your time on what truly matters to you.
